How do I know the fabric composition?

Pieces whose main fabric is silk say so on their product page. Exact percentages are added to the product page and label from an accredited laboratory report; we give no percentages before the report.

How do I choose my size?

Every product page has a size guide and states the size the model is wearing.

Returns and exchanges

You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Intimate pieces with opened hygiene packaging are excluded.

How does the signature box arrive?

When a single order has 3 or more pieces, it arrives in our cream signature box. For 1–2 pieces, a gift box can be added in the bag.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, secured by iyzico. We do not store your card details.

How will I receive my invoice?

The e-archive invoice for your order is sent to your email address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, a tracking link is sent by email.
